Microsoft shows off their mobile Office app, AT&T refunds former pay-as-you-go data customers, Waze starts to advertise, and SmartGlass is now available for iOS.

• Exclusive: Microsoft Office for iPhone, iPad, and Android revealed Expected to launch in early 2013, Microsoft's Office Mobile apps will be free and compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows Phone 8 users. • AT&T To Refund Cash To Customers Forced Into Monthly Data Plans An FCC Enforcement Bureau investigation has ruled that AT&T must refund customers who have been forced into monthly data plans from their grandfathered pay-as-you-go plans. • Waze, begins monetization push with location-guided ads Waze,our favorite navigation app, is beginning to test its own ad service, Waze Ads, in the US. Retailers and brands can now pay to have there services featured, which users will see up to three of provided that they are on the route being travelled. Some ads will offer discounts, some will ask if you would like to download an app, and others just serve to let you know you're nearby. [GigaOm]
• Microsoft's Xbox SmartGlass app now out for iOS Microsoft's Xbox SmartGlass app has made it over to iOS. The app effectively turns your phone or tablet into another screen for your Xbox, but one that you can also use to control it as well. You can pick it up from the App Strore today. [The Verge]
• Razer Synapse 2.0 software/mouse unusable if you dont have an internet connection Razer's Naga 2012 mouse, a reader favorite, requires a constant internet connection to use it's accompanying Synapse 2.0 software along with any of the mouse's configuration options.
